Last week I attended an education event for Financial Planning and Analysis, organized by Axians. I was one of the speakers and gave a presentation about the implementation of FP&A I did as a project manager at the Erasmus University.
It was nice to see so many familiar faces and chat up with them. Also I really enjoyed the event because there were a lot of use cases and experiences shared about the implementation of FP&A.
The overall conclusion is that the implementation of a Financial Planning and Analysis tool, like Jedox, helped the education organizations improve their planning and budgeting processes a lot.
To conclude: a budgeting tool has a lot of benefits and improves the planning and budgeting process
